In any emergency regarding death, illness or a meeting variation, first call President Damien Hellard

If unavailable, call President elect Norm Thomas

The President will inform the Secretary and Club Almoner.

The Secretary will inform each member of the Board of Directors. 

In the absence of the secretary, the Club President will notify all members by email.
