Great Australia Day Swim funding saves lives through drowning prevention

The Great Australia Day Swim 2018 was a great Bayside Event but also a fabulous FUNdraiser that saves lives. Did you know that $15,000 went to Swim Vietnam and has enabled over 400 teachers trained so far with survival swimming skills and water safety knowledge courses. With almost 900 kids having completed swim programs in the last quarter, this support allowed Swim Vietnam to continue their work in the prevention drowning and water safety lessons throughout Vietnam!
