Great Australia Day Swim funding saves lives through drowning prevention

The Great Australia Day Swim 2018 was a great Bayside Event but also a fabulous FUNdraiser that saves lives. Did you know that $15,000 went to Swim Vietnam and has enabled over 400 teachers trained so far with survival swimming skills and water safety knowledge courses. With almost 900 kids having completed swim programs in the last quarter, this support allowed Swim Vietnam to continue their work in the prevention drowning and water safety lessons throughout Vietnam!

Crowd Funding Campaign Cambodia

Clean Water For Cambodia

Following the successful completion of our pilot Sustainable Community Project in Cambodia, Brighton Rotary have launched their first crowd funding campaign to raise vitally needed funds so that we may roll this project out in a second group of villages in an impoverished rural area in the north of Cambodia - home to over 4,000 people.

A year away from one’s family, home and friends is a very challenging experience for anyone let alone a young person aged between 15-18 years, some of whom have never been abroad before their exchange year. US President Franklin Roosevelt said “We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future.”

ABC News Showcases Violence Free Families' World First Online Men’s Program.

Violence Free Families has developed from scratch a world first group online program for male perpetrators of family violence. Comprehensively evaluated by Melbourne University’s Centre for Program Evaluation over four trials, it came out with top marks.
